My work is rooted in partnership, helping you understand your body, reconnect with your needs, and get clear on the life you really want. LOME 8-Eight Individual Functional Medicine Health Coaching Sessions

In eight focused sessions, you get clear on who you are, define the life you want, and create a clear, practical plan to make it real. We begin inside, aligning values, dreams, and daily rhythms, then build outward with simple, consistent practices that become your new baseline.

Expect personalized nutritional and lifestyle guidance, habit architecture, and gentle accountability so you move toward the version of you that you choose.

Coaching Circle

LOME 10-Ten group sessions over four months to dream big, build momentum and embed new habits.

Over 10 sessions you will create a clear vision for the life you want, deepen your understanding of menopause as a transformational phase, and choose one area of your life to reshape.

This is a supportive space where women share wins, offer encouragement, and hold steady through setbacks. You’ll leave with a personalised, sustainable roadmap — not just intentions, but daily practices and realistic milestones — and the confident sense that you are becoming the woman you choose to be.

LOME GROUP-For companies that invest in women and wellness.

Option 1: 8 group sessions over 8 weeks, supporting women in navigating perimenopause and menopause. Weekly 60-minute sessions combining knowledge, shared experiences and inspiration to use menopause as a catalyst for change. Through gentle guidance,, peer support, and action planning, women can sustain well-being and thrive during this phase of life.

Option 2: Information session (60–90 minutes): A concise, stigma-free conversation covering physiology, common symptoms, possible impact at work, lifestyle changes to implement, and where to go for support. Sessions include Q&A and signposting to follow-up resources available in your organisation.

Partnering with companies, women individually and collectively to elevate the conversation on menopause.

    Supporting women through menopause pays dividends. This 10-week coaching circle equips women with the strategies and sisterhood they need to thrive personally and professionally during this time, while paving the way for a more inclusive workplace for all.

    Tailored events and education sessions aim to empower women, educate leaders, and support all employees in navigating the challenges of menopause. Topics include Understanding Menopause/ Creating a Supportive Environment & Communication and Awareness.
