About me

For years, I felt disconnected from my body. When menopause happened, I chose to begin again, to build a body and brain that felt like home and could carry me through to at least 100.

Raised across three cultures - South African grit, British resilience and Swedish wellbeing - I was determined to thrive during this transition, and become the strongest, healthiest version of myself in my 50s...and succeeded.

Through disciplined lifestyle changes I found energy I never knew in my 30s, clarity that led me back to studying and a sense of home in my own skin.

I treated myself with the same care I would offer someone I love. I studied functional medicine principles to understand the transition we go through in menopause, and committed to daily practices that left me nourished, balanced and renewed.

Now I have made it my mission to guide women in menopause to feel at home in their own skins, through getting clear about the life they want, and then make it happen.

So why lome: it is a part of me, it is the place I just had to find, Bartholomew, it's about love, home, menopause. It feels powerful and soft, and I like how it sounds.
